What's the difference between what you sell in shop and on Etsy?

The Etsy shop carries hand-knit pieces I've made — baby aran jumpers, hats, gifts. The Arcade shop adds yarn for your own projects, alterations, and bespoke blinds, curtains and lampshades. Same maker, two places.

Do you ship internationally?

Etsy handles all shipping for hand-knit pieces — UK and overseas. For yarn, alterations, and bespoke work, that's in-shop only.

Do you take commissions?

Yes — for hand-knits, alterations, and bespoke soft furnishings. The best way to start is to pop in on a Friday or Saturday with a fabric sample or a photo of what you're hoping for, and we can talk it through.

How long do bespoke pieces take?

Hand-knit pieces from Etsy go out in 1-2 weeks. Alterations are usually a week or two depending on the queue. Bespoke blinds and curtains are typically 3-4 weeks from fabric pick to fitting.

Can I bring my own fabric for alterations or curtains?

Of course — pop in with what you have and we'll talk through what's possible. Most alterations work happens this way.

Friday and Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Etsy is always open for the hand-knits.

Expert alterations
Clothing fixes, curtain & blind adjustments, zip replacements & repairs, baby item tweaks. Bring it in on a Friday or Saturday and we'll talk through what's possible. Fast, friendly, and beautifully done.
Bespoke blinds & curtains
Made-to-measure soft furnishings — roman blinds, curtains, lampshades — in fabrics chosen with you for your room.
